Restaurant of the Week.
Many restaurants in our area are being hit hard financially due to the COVID-19 crisis. We will feature local restaurants every week on Friday as an opportunity to show our support by ordering take-out meals from them. Use this as an opportunity to encourage the owners and staff by letting them know you’re a part of LBF Church and are praying for them and their business.
Drive-Thru Donation Station. Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We are so thankful for your continued financial support during this time! We are answering a call in our community to go above and beyond our normal giving and serve our community.
What we are asking for:
We are only asking for shelf-stable food, paper goods, and New blankets and jackets. (Shelf-stable food includes non-perishables, dry goods, canned goods, and other stable items that generally do not expire sooner than six months). We cannot accept used clothes or blankets.
Who we are supporting:
- Foothill Family Shelter
- Inland Valley Hope Partners
- Gibson Senior Center
These are local Upland-based programs that have a direct impact in our community. They are asking for our increased support because they have seen a rapid increase in demand due to COVID-19. Funds will help us buy supplies that are not donated and help relieve some bills for people who are struggling through this time.
Drive-through will be in the back parking lot. We ask that you stay in your car and wear a mask. There will be people to assist taking your items.
