Join a Group at LBF

For mothers of children ages 0 through Kindergarten. Mom to Mom is a warm community that offers friendship, encouragement, fun, and fellowship. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday.

This group is for College and Post-College Young Adults ranging from 18-29 years old. They meet on Thursdays at 7pm in the Garage. At LBF Church, the College and Career group exist to empower us to deepen out faith in Jesus, cultivate authentic community & live a life of purpose.

Women will be studying Strength in the Struggle by Lauren Ibach—a study designed to help let go of fear and anxiety while leaning on God’s truth.

Women will be studying Esther, using materials by Kelly Minter.

Women will be studying Heaven by Jennifer Rothschild, a powerful study that offers hope, encouragement, and a deeper understanding of the eternal home God has promised.

For women who have experienced this unique loss, this group offers lunch, fellowship, and encouragement. If you are newly widowed, you are welcome to join. The group leader is also available for one-on-one meetings if needed.

The Card Ministry creates beautiful handmade cards for church members, children’s hospitals, senior homes, and our military troops. There’s nothing quite like receiving a card made with love! No creative experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided.

For women who love to knit, crochet, or create beautiful handmade treasures, this group meets for fellowship, friendship, sewing, and prayer. All materials are provided, and all skill levels are welcome.

The LAMBS are a group of senior women who have lived full lives, raised families, and are now embracing this joyful season after midlife. This email-based group offers encouragement, prayer, and lasting friendships. Twice a month, members come together at a local restaurant to share a meal, enjoy heartfelt conversation, and laugh together.

The journey to marriage faithfulness and sexual integrity isn’t always easy, and it can sometimes feel isolating. Join other women affected by a husband’s infidelity or pornography struggles in this confidential support group, where you will find encouragement, hope, and strength to keep going.

Answer the call: Serve Widows and Women in Need through New Commandment Ministry

LBF Church has over 50 widows and many single moms in our congregation—women who sometimes struggle with home maintenance and repairs. James 1:27 calls us to care for widows and the fatherless, and this ministry is an opportunity to live out that command in a tangible way. We’re building teams of men to serve these women by tackling practical household tasks—mowing lawns, fixing sprinklers, patching walls, and more. One Saturday a month, for just two hours, you can make a lasting impact. If you have experienced this unique loss in your life, this very special group is for you. If you are newly widowed, feel free to call Linda Baker. She is willing to meet with you alone if needed.

Extra support is available to you for when you find yourself in a time of emotional or spiritual hardship. A trained LIFEcare partner can meet with you one on one to help you through the difficult season.

They are ready to pray, listen, encourage and help connect you to church and community resources. Between a listening ear, a caring heart, prayer and the holy spirit, a lot can be accomplished. LIFEcare is for LBF members and regular attenders ages 18+ Additionally, there are opportunities for marriage mentoring in order to help couples grow stronger in their marriages and take their marriage to the next level.

GriefShare support group is a welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. This 13-week group you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead. You will learn helpful ways of coping with grief and gain support each step of the way.

Join us for a recovery program that focuses on life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. This ministry seeks to celebrate God’s healing and redemptive power!
